Damien recently held the Vice-Chair of the South
East Region of the RIBA and chairs the Guildford
BC Awards group. He is a Freeman of the City of Shrewsbury
& Founding Trustee of the Blower
Foundation, a charitable trust supporting cultural
studies and exchange. In 2005, he was elected to a Life Fellowship
of the Royal
Society of Arts.

Robert originally studied aeronautical engineering as an undergraduate
in the mid-1980's, but switched to architecture, graduating
from South Bank University, London with Honours in 1990. After
several 'tours' in previous years, Robert returned full-time
to Stedman Blower in 1990 as Partner after his post-graduate
diploma in London. He is Design Director at the Farnham Studio
(HQ) and lives in Guildford. Robert is a Freeman of the City
of Shrewsbury.

Education: Kingston University,
De Montfort University
Laith is Chair of the Surrey
Architects Group of the RIBA. Laith joined Stedman
Blower as a trainee architect in 2003 and qualified in 2005.
He is now Director & Head of the Farnham Studio (HQ)
and lives in Farnham with his wife and young sons.

Education: UCE, Birmingham and Frankfurt Fachochschule
Andrew originally worked for Stedman Blower in 1997 during
his 4-year architecture training and re-joined Stedman Blower
in 2006 after 6 years at TFT. Andrew is Head of of IT &
computer aided design (CAD), working from the Farnham Studio
(HQ). He currently lives in Aldershot.

Education: Greenwich University, Kingston University and The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture
Stephen graduated with first class honours from Kingston University in 2006 and was short listed in the top ten for the RIBA bronze medal of that year and went on to study his part 2 at Kingston and the Royal Danish Academy. He joined the practice as a trainee Architect in the summer of 2009. He and his wife have been Guildford residents since 1998.

Longtime resident of Camberley and an old boy of Salesian
College, Farnborough, John Clenshaw (born 1928) joined AJ
& LR Stedman as a young intern of 17 just after WWII.
He stayed in continuous service for the Stedmans and the Blowers,
ending as Associate at his retirement in 2004, after nearly
60 years.
He continues to work part time looking after the 110 year
old archive of Stedman Blower.

Taylor Joynson Garrett
Education: Durham University; College of Law, Guildford
Clare joined Stedman Blower as Practice Manager in 2008, having
taken several years out of a successful career as a Solicitor
in the City, to raise a family. She lives in Guildford with
her husband and 3 children.

Saffrey Champness
Education: Liverpool University
Sharon joined Stedman Blower as Financial Controller in 2006,
having taken several years out of a successful career as a
Tax Accountant in the City, to raise a family. She lives in
Guildford with her husband and 5 children.
